How Do I Donate Books and Videos?
Book sales are the major fundraiser
for the Friends of the Folsom Library. We cannot succeed without your
generous donations of books. The Friends welcome book donations in good
or better condition that are saleable. Unfortunately, certain items do
not sell so we cannot accept them, including Readers Digest or
encyclopedias. We welcome all other books (including textbooks), audio
cassettes, video tapes, DVDs, and CDs. We also accept computer books
from year 2000 to present.
The Friends' sole purpose is to
support the Folsom Public Library projects, such as the Children's
programs, and purchasing equipment and computers. All donations are tax
deductible and receipts are given upon request.
Please bring donations to BOOKWORM
BOOKtique at the Folsom Public Library at 411 Stafford Street in Folsom
during opening hours. For more information, please email us at
BOOKtique@FriendsOfTheFolsomLibrary.org
or call (916) 608-8743.
