"Friends of the Folsom Library Prepare For Fall Book Sale"

The Friends of the Folsom Library are already preparing for their Fall Book Sale at the library, on Stafford Street.

The Friends' Book Sales are always eagerly anticipated by locals, who shop for incredible bargains amongst thousands of gently used books, DVDS, videos, audio cassettes.

Preparation for the sale sees "The Friends" carefully selecting quality material in both the children's and adult sections. As always, the Raffle has a number of prizes, this year, over $100 in value and with tickets 3 for $2.00, it is bound to be popular.

Betty Harris, Book Sale Publicity Director says "We have the best prices and selection and all proceeds directly benefit the Friends of the Folsom Library, a 100% nonprofit organization."

To get the best choices, some people take advantage of the Preview Sale on Friday, September 19th, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Admission to The Preview Sale is $5.00.

On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st, the main sale is from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and admission is FREE.

Friends of the Folsom Public Library is a volunteer non-profit organization that advocates for and promotes the library as a vital community service. New members of the Friends are always welcome.
